Is Your Team Ready to Return to Work?

As we plan to return to on-site work, I strongly recommend that managers have a private conversation with their team members to determine their mental readiness to return. One employee may be eager to get into the office as quickly as possible, while another may still be experiencing anxiety about in-person interactions, needing reassurance. I am very surprised by the number of conversations I’ve had recently with people who are fully vaccinated, but still not ready to be in a crowd. Together, you can make a plan for a return that meets the needs of the employer and the employee.
